• Profile and Application Data: internship entries, notes, deadlines, statuses, resume content you create or upload.
• Usage Data: device/browser info, pages viewed, interactions, and approximate location derived from IP, collected in aggregate.
• Cookies and Local Storage: used for session management, preferences, and analytics where applicable.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and improve the Inturnly service and features you use.
• Secure accounts, prevent fraud, and ensure service integrity.
• Communicate with you about updates, tips, and service notices (you can opt out of non-essential emails).
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Bases

Where applicable, we process personal data under these bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time. Backups may persist for a limited period.

We don’t sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who help us operate Inturnly (e.g., hosting, authentication, analytics). They are bound by confidentiality and use restrictions.

Your data may be processed in countries different from yours. We use appropriate safeguards when transferring data where required.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is 100% secure, but we continuously improve our safeguards.

Inturnly isn’t directed to children under 13. If we learn a child under 13 used the service, we’ll take steps to delete their data.
